CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the 50 % of the service price. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full service, and you may still be charged for the full service.
